Flight ET-302; Untold Stories of How 157 Passengers Perished

The world is still in mourning over the crash of Ethiopian Airlines Flight Sunday morning.

Almost all the seven continents of the world were affected in the crash which occurred six minutes after the plane, a Boeing 737 Max 8 series took off from Boles international airport Addis Ababa on it’s way to Nairobi, the Kenyan capital.

The airline announced that one nigerian was on board despite that another famous Nigerian literally scholar professor Pius Adesanmi who carried a Canadian passport was also on board the Ill-fated Flight ET-302.

The airline manifest on Twitter indeed shows reason the world is in mourning.

The flight with 157 passengers on board went down near Bishoftu, a community about 60 kilometres southeast of Addis Ababa.

The flight left Addis Ababa at 8:38 a.m. for Nairobi, Kenya but crashed at 8:44 a.m. local time after losing contact with the control tower.

Since the crash, condolence messages have inundated Ethiopian Airline offices respected as one of the flagship African airlines and member of star Alliance

Nigerias literary community eulogises Prof Adesanmi

Meanwhile, Nigeria’s literary community have been eulogising prof Pius Adesanmi, professor of English at Carlton University Canada who was one of the passengers of the ill fated ET flight that crashed in Addis Ababa six minutes after take off.

Facebook, Twitter as well as other social media have not stopped talking about it.

Friends, well wishes and associated have made it a topic of discussion throughout the day and praying for the repose of his soul.

Prof Adesanmi hailed from Kogi state middle belt of Nigeria.
