Clovis Fest And Hot Air Balloon Fun Fly start at the Rodeo Grounds where thousands of visitors watch the inflation of several hot air balloons before they take off. Once the balloons leave the grounds crowds head across the street to Old Town Clovis where the community can shop, eat and explore. The event includes a wide range of hot air balloons, kid rides, the Michelob Ultra beer garden with live music, unique craft vendors, festival foods, and our cultural adventure, the Fresno/Clovis Convention & Visitor’s Bureau International Village on Bullard.
