Singapore’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Trade and Industry, Gan Siow Huang, begins an official visit to India from November 12 to 14, 2025, aimed at strengthening economic cooperation and expanding opportunities for Singapore companies.

She will visit Bengaluru in Karnataka on November 12 and 13, where she is scheduled to launch the Singapore Business Federation’s Singapore Enterprise Centre (SEC). The Centre will support Singapore firms in entering and growing within the Indian market. During the event, she will witness the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between LAC Global and JVKM Consultants (India), marking the brand’s entry into India.

Minister Gan will then travel to Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh from November 13 to 14, joining Coordinating Minister for National Security and Minister for Home Affairs K Shanmugam at the 30th Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Partnership Summit. Both will participate in the opening plenary alongside international trade ministers. On the sidelines, Minister Gan and Andhra Pradesh Minister Nara Lokesh will sign a Singapore–Andhra Pradesh MOU to build cooperation in sustainable urban governance, digital transformation, human resource development, and sustainable economic growth.
