Diplomats from across the globe gathered at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow on Saturday to pay their respects to the victims of the March 22nd attack. Over 130 diplomatic missions, representing countries from Asia, Africa, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the Middle East, Latin America, and Europe, participated in the ceremony.
The somber event began with a moment of silence, followed by the laying of flowers at a makeshift memorial erected outside the concert hall. The Russian Foreign Ministry expressed its gratitude to the international community for their solidarity with the Russian people during this difficult time.
Notable attendees included ambassadors from Belarus, the Vatican, Egypt, the European Union, Morocco, Lebanon, Nicaragua, Palestine, Serbia, Syria, the United States, Sierra Leone, and Turkey.
