In a landmark achievement, Gabriel Nii Kommey Adams, Central Regional General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), was recently awarded the esteemed Jacobs-Abbey Global Institute for Leadership Studies (JAGILS) Citation of Honor.
