Embarks On City Tour of Detroit, Meets US Congress Woman Brenda Lawrence And Other Prominent Real Estate Stakeholders.

Ambassador Dr. Prince (ADP) Kazeem Eletu-Odibo, Chairman of Kazeem Royal Properties Limited, who recently turned forty and also unveiled the Prince Kazeem Eletu Foundation, where in he empowered 40 artisans with work tools, will on May 19, 2018 add another feather to his cap at the 3rd Edition of the World Habitat Humanitarian and Philanthropic International awards for Excellence in Abuja.
ADP Eletu-Odibo received a letter from the World Habitat Ambassadors Foundation (WHAF) informing him of his nomination and selection for the World Habitat Humanitarian and Philanthropic Award for Excellence/Investiture into the hall of fame as a World Habitat Humanitarian Ambassador.
According to WHAF, after a careful study of Ambassador’s Eletu Odibo’s activities over the years in the area of Youth Empowerment and Community Development in Nigeria, the Governing Council of the World Humanitarian and Philanthropic Awards for Excellence took the decision to select him and glady notified him of the award and the conferment. The award according to WHAF is to commend him for his exceptional strides as well as further motivate him to do more.
The event will also commemorate the World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development usually held annually in the month of May. The idea is to increase the understanding of issues around cultural diversity and development among governments, non-governmental organizations and the public. Hence, bridging the gap between cultures is urgent and necessary for peace, stability and development.
Cultural diversity is a driving force of development, not only with respect to economic growth, but also as a means of leading a more fulfilling intellectual, emotional, moral and spiritual life.
Speaking to Diplomatic Watch Magazine about the award, he expressed gratitude to God who sees and knows any person serving humanity without any ulterior motive. He added that : “This one came to me again by surprise as I didn’t know that WHAF with its collaborating Partner, UN Youth Habitat Network would even consider me for such a prestigous award. Hopefully, by the grace of God, I will be in attendance with my team and would deliver an acceptance speech. I am grateful to the Almighty God for the grace to answer His call to service to humanity”.
The Real Estate Mogul who also doubles as the Chairman, Board of Trustees of his foundation recently received “It takes A Village to Raise A Child Award” organized by FAFAS Mothers in far away California will be in the United States of America again for an investment summit in Maryland and would thereafter head to Detroit on the invitation of notable Americans and African Americans.

Eletu-Odibo, known for his taste and demands for superior quality, detail and perfection through out its projects will return to Detroit in August as a Speaker at the US Africa Real Investment Summit organized by Conduit Communications Limited and Wazobia Global Times Newspapers in collaboration with Detroit Association of Realtors, to share how he singlehandedly transformed Osapa London, a community in Lagos, and how his leadership in Real Estate Development has changed the way of doing business in the sector.
