Applications Open For STEM Scholars Program

The Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation is inviting applications for its STEM Scholars Program for education. If applicants are an exceptional student with a passion for Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and appli are curious, creative, and determined to pursue their dreams regardless of applicants circumstances, the Al Ghurair STEM Scholars Program can offer applicants the scholarship and support system applicants need to realize their goals.

The Foundation create opportunities to activate the untapped potential of Arab youth, providing underserved, high-achieving students with the scholarships, support and skills training that they need to thrive.

Benefits
* University tuition and other mandatory university fees
* Health insurance, as per the university plan
* On-campus housing costs, travel airfare and visa costs for students living away from family
* Support towards living expenses
Eligibility Criteria
* Applicants must hold no other passport. Preference given to residents of Arab world for at least 12 years.
* For students now applying to the undergraduate level, applicants must have graduated from high school within the last 4 years.
* Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of no less than 85% in high school or 3.0 in university.
* Applicants must be willing and able to show proof of their financial need in their application.
* Applicants must be planning to apply or currently attending one of their partner universities for a Bachelor or Master degree.

Eligible Countries: Algeria, Bahrain, Comoros, Djibouti, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen.
