On Saturday, February 3, 2024, the Jacobs Abbey Global Institute for Leadership Studies (JAGILS) launched its Executive Strategic Leadership Management (ESLM) 24 Cohort IV program, marking the beginning of a transformative journey for 36 aspiring leaders. Chosen from a competitive pool of nearly 4,000 applicants spanning various continents, these trailblazers, guided by Professor Samuel Jacobs-Abbey, are actively navigating a dynamic 10-week curriculum to shape themselves into forces for positive change, wielding the power of Strategic, Effective, and Relentless Leadership.

Professor Jacobs-Abbey immersed the participants in the heart of crafting strategic initiatives, mastering effective management, and igniting the spirit of relentless leadership. He solidified the unshakeable bond between trust and results, laying the foundation with the six pillars of Relentless Leadership: character, competence, connection, clarity, accountability, and support.

During the inaugural session, he proclaimed, “Without trust, results crumble like sandcastles,” emphasizing the transformative power of exceptional leaders in cultivating high-performance cultures.

Throughout the program, participants are on an intensive learning journey, guided by subject matter experts, esteemed JAGILS faculty, and mentors. They are dissecting the strategic nuances of leadership, mastering financial intelligence, honing business communication skills, unlocking the power of emotional intelligence, and becoming adept at leading organizational change.

What distinguishes the ESLM 24 Cohort IV program is its collaborative learning environment. In small groups of eight, participants are forging strong bonds, fostering teamwork and synergy. Their acquired knowledge and skills will culminate in impactful final projects, showcasing their transformative journey.

The Jacobs-Abbey Global Institute for Leadership Studies warmly welcomes these aspiring leaders, eagerly anticipating their development and success in the ESLM program. Stay updated on JAGILS community events and achievements at https://www.jaglobalinstitute.org
