On October 2, 2023, His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco hosted a grand ceremony at the Royal Palace in Rabat to welcome new ambassadors from 12 countries. The event marked a significant moment in Morocco’s diplomatic relations with countries worldwide, as the newly accredited ambassadors represent a diverse group of nations from near and far.

- Hideaki Kuramitsu, Ambassador of the Empire of Japan
- Esayas Gotta Seifu, Ambassador of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia

The ceremony was attended by Morocco’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates, Mr. Nasser Bourita, as well as the esteemed HM the King’s Chamberlain, Sidi Mohamed El Alaoui.
