Washington D.C. – The Washington Educational and Cultural Attachés Association (WECAA) is set to hold its Fall meeting on Friday, September 13, at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, D.C. The event, scheduled from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, will occur in the Rotunda.
This season’s gathering centers around “Soft Power” and how countries and organizations use it to influence others. Participants will explore various aspects of soft power, including business, trade, sports, culture, tourism, culinary arts, education, magic, music, fashion, and film.
Rafael Ulloa, Deputy Publisher of El Tiempo, will moderate the discussion. Ulloa brings a wealth of experience, having served in various editorial roles throughout his career. His expertise in content creation and management will undoubtedly enrich the conversation.
